* Let us have a look at steps listed below in order to perform this yoga pose:
Eagle Pose:
Step 1: Start this yoga pose by standing straight with your legs hip width distance apart.
Step 2: Now take your right thigh and place it on your left thigh and point your right foot toes to the ground.
Step 3: Then entangle the right and left arm. Once in the position, lift your leg up and bend the knee more so that you come to a squat position.
Step 4: Stay in the position for a few seconds and take deep breaths. Remember to look forward at a particular point and relax slowly.
Step 5: Repeat the same exercise with the left thigh and relax.
With block support:
Step 1: Take a block and place it near the left foot.
Step 2: Now take the right foot on top of the block. Then entangle your hands and get into the eagle pose.
Step 3: You will get support and will be able to balance well.
Step 4: Repeat the same process with the left leg and relax.
With wall support:
Step 1: Start by taking the support of the wall and push your tail bone to the wall.
Step 2: Place your right thigh over the left thigh and entangle your hands as well.
Step 3: Stay in this position for 10 seconds while taking deep breaths.
Step 4: Once done, relax.
Eagle yoga pose benefits are as follows:
